We are on the lookout for exciting and personable individuals to join our young and energetic team on a mission to revolutionise the way teachers teach and students learn in Singapore and abroad.

About the Scholarship 

Every year, the Think Teach Teaching Scholarship is awarded to only 2 successful applicants. The scholarship aims to ignite a love for teaching and interacting with children in the hearts of the successful applicants.

Successful applicants will be placed on an accelerated teaching and management track. Training, guidance and mentorship will be provided to give the successful applicants the best chance to have a rewarding, successful and enduring career at Think Teach. 

What the Scholarship Covers

The Think Teach Teaching Scholarship is a full scholarship covering the tuition fees of undergraduate and postgraduate studies at a local university in Singapore. It is worth up to S$14,000 a year and has a maximum duration of 4 years.

What the Scholarship Expects

Successful applicants will be bonded for a period of 1 year for every year of sponsorship. In addition, successful applicants are expected to undergo a continuous internship with us which involves training and teaching and management duties throughout the course of the applicant’s studies.  

As we have four centres island wide, successful applicants may be posted to one or all of our centres.

Scholarship Eligibility

We welcome all undergraduates and postgraduates to apply. While academic performance and your resume matter in our selection process, they are not the be-all-end-all. We are specifically looking out for someone who subscribes to our mission and vision and who would fit in seamlessly with our team.

If you are an individual willing to learn, passionate to teach and hungry to succeed in a competitive industry, you just might be our ideal candidate. We fully encourage you to apply!

*Interested individuals regardless of nationality are eligible to apply. Individuals are encouraged to take up the tuition grant subsidy from the Singapore government. In any case, whether the individual does so or not, the maximum quantum of the Think Teach Teaching Scholarship is fixed at S$14,000 a year.

Application Window    

Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis. In other words, there is no deadline for application and you are at all times welcome to apply.

How to Apply

1. Write an essay of 2000 words or less on the following topic:

“What does education mean to you and how do you see yourself contributing and adding value to the field of education?”

2. Submit the following documents by email to us:

• Resume / CV with a recent photograph
• Academic transcripts
• NRIC / Passport
• 2 reference letters/email from people who know you well (excluding family)
